The DCWA meets its various expenditures - including the running of its Medical Centre, Education, Centre for Children with Special Needs and disbursing funds to its other charities - through fund raising drives and donations from individuals and corporates.

The first major Fund Raiser is the Annual International Bazaar, at Ashoka Hotel Front Lawns since 1989. This event is continuing annually with the joint efforts of the DCWA and the Diplomatic and International Community in Delhi. Substantial amounts are collected at each bazaar.

The second most important event is our Annual Charity Ball, a dinner and dance evening. This is mostly held at the beautiful gardens of the diplomatic residence of our President. A most sought after event for the international residents in New Delhi.

The other events are Games Mornings, Wine and Cheese Evenings, Supper Theatre, Charity Lunches. For the past some years, one of our member has been organising London Lunches, where old and new international members meet over lunch and we receive a sizeable donation.

Our regular fund raiser is Handicraft Bazaar (now called Craft Mela) which is held regularly 2 or 3 times in the whole year.
