Who We Are ! Originally formed in 1952 to provide an opportunity for cultural exchange between women of the Commonwealth, the Delhi Commonwealth Women’s Association (DCWA) has expanded to include almost 500 women of all nations. The focus of our activities has also expanded, and our primary purpose now is to work together as a social service organization to improve the lives of the poor and needy of Delhi and surrounding areas.
